Banggood.com — payment gate way failed but refund has not been initiated back to my account

I have order a blitzwolf bw-fye7 tws bluetooth 5.0 amount of 3721.71ruppes.
During my first payment attempt amount has been deducted from my card balance but the order got failed.
I have tried to payment for the second using the same card and able to place the order successfully and reached banggood customer support team regarding the refund initiate but the support team said the failed transaction amount will be refunded back to my account with in 7 to 10 working days.
I have waited as per there suggestion and same time i have raised dispute transaction within 2 days in my bank
But my back said the amount is already settled with merchant and asked me a proof from merchant stating that marched has not received any amount from bank.
After that i have lodge a complaint with 2 days of the failed transaction using banggood customer care support using online chat but till now i didnt get any resolution
I have almost 11 times everyday i have rised a ticket to provide a resolution or asking them to provide a letter stating that merchant has not received any amount to bank.
My failed transaction happend on 21th nov 2019 till today my refund has not processed back to my card or no updated has received from banggood support team
