Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank — about atm cum rupay card

Dear sir,
I am barun naru, from nepalgunj. A customer of nepalgunj (5392) branch. I inform you that, your banks atm cum debit card or rupay card has not able to any online purchasing and any online transaction like electric bill, gass bill, mobile recharge etc.
I want this kind of service from your bank and i want to know when will start this service?
