Respected sir, I am jayeeta murmu customer of your bank, bearing account no[protected].i was trying to witdrow money from SBI bank ATM. But i didnot receive any cash from ATM. I received sms about deduction of amount. I complained to my branch at 05/10/2021.but no money has been returned yet. Following are the details of transaction . Date - 03/10/2021 .time - 10:55am .location - palsanda . amount - 9500/- kindly look into this matter and credit my debited amount as early as possible. My money was debited on 03/10/21. I complain to my branch 05/10/21.the bank said it could take 10 to 15days or more. Again i go to the bank on the 27/10/21.the manager said it was claimed that the money credit in few days.then again on the 30 October i called manager, he said the money will be credited in a few day.
