Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank — Deposit time Cashier Cheating with customers

Today my mom had gone to Bangiyo gramin vikash bank of chandan nagar branch pin code is 741509.
My mom gave 19000 cash to cashier for deposite and the cashier received and took it in cash box without counting
And when the cashier gave recipe copy she said that you give 14000 only.
My mom said I gave you 19000 and also explained the details of cash not i mean how much 500 note how much others note.
Important thing is the cashier cheated other customers same before its. My mom is not well educated but her counting and deposit withdrawal things are very good.
And that cashier is a cheater and thief.
You are requested to solve this issue as soon as other wise I will complain nearest police station.
