Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank — I am complaint regarding spam messaging

I am Srijaul Gazi from Basanti, South 24 parganas. I do not have a bank account on your bank but without my permission someone gave my mobile number to create his or her bank account (which ending with 8009) at your bank . So every time he or she committed any transaction through your bank I get a message. It's totally annoying and so much disturbing for me. So I request you to take a action against it.
