Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank — Misbehaving of bank manager

Respected Sir,
I am Bishnu Patra a genuine customer of Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank Saldiah Branch I want to file a complaint against bank manager of Saldiah Branch due to his mis behaving with me and my mother on Friday 16 th September.While we went for taking loan on student credit card.He is asking for some irrelevant documents which is not permissible for student credit card curriculum. Also he used offensive language to my mother and abused me and giving me threat to not santactiong my loan.
Sir I need this loan very urgently from 1 and a half year bank is returning my application
Please give some space from your busy schedule and look after this issue as soon as possible.
