May purnachandra jana mara a/c[protected]. Mayna 19/12/2021 may rs-3000 aeps service sa withdrawal kiyatha but transaction fail huya. Mara a/c sa rs-3000 debit hogiya abitak blance refund nahi huya. Mara transaction id trtr/[protected]/[protected]:08:32/dfi/w. Please resolve it.
