Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank — Rs 7000 is debited without any reason

Sir...i wanted to debit rs 7000 from bank of baroda atm on 2nd nov 2021...but atm machine is shown that unable to peocess but my rs 7000 is debited ...my debit card no is [protected]...i wast written complaint in my sarsuna branch on 3rd nov...but no solution is given...pls help me to get this money
