Complaint by bank of baroda saving ac no [protected] As per rbi rule the sms charges should not be applied on the account without taking approval from customer. Bank of baroda has cheated me by applying charges without informing and taking my permission for the same. Due to this i am going to allege, bank of baroda is a cheat bank... And also close my account with bank of baroda, I want reversal of all sms charges debited from my account in 2016, 17 and 2018, The amount comes as approx 170/- rupees for 10 debits.
