Bank Of Baroda — Account name modification

I was holding a minor account with bank of baroda for almost 10years. When I turned 18 I submitted an application to convert it to major account and get it converted to a savings accont in my name. I had submitted all the relevant documents as told by the branch executive. Few days later they confirmed me that it is converted. Now when I call their customer care they say it is still minor account and when I visit the branch they say we have updated it don't worry in few days it will be resolved. My cheque book which I requested recently has also come as minor account holder. I am going to close this stupid account. I want an written apology from the branch manager of Kalyan east tisgaon naka branch and also the issue should be resolved. A/c-[protected] Name-Manjiri Rangnekar
