Bank Of Baroda — ACH RT CHG debited Rs 1000, but not reflecting in my SIP

I am a bank account holder in Bank of Baroda, nandanvan branch, on 4 July 2022 Rs. 1000 was debited from my account to ACH grow for my sip transaction, but the SIP was not paid and the amount of Rs 1000 has not been credited to my bank account, I want refund of Rs. 1000 as I am not responsible for this case, and my bank account was also have sufficient amount to pay for SIP .
So kindly refund my money back
