Dear sir,

This is to inform you that the very first payment by posh machine on[protected] has not been credited to our account no [protected]. On enquiry from tollfree number of posh machine we were told that the payment shows as per their records. We were further asked to refer the matter to branch. We have written to branch but have not been able to trace the same.

Kindly do the needful and oblige.
