Bank Of Baroda — amount debited but cash not dispensed from atm

I had complained about the same to customer care for the issue amount deducted but cash not dispensed from the atm machine.

Holder name-ashish kumar vijay kumar pandey
Amount deducted rs. 10000 on 19th feb 2019.
Refund needed on immediate basis.
Complaint no -1047416
Seriously things are not working properly in case bank of baroda.
Please look into it and credit the amount in my account on urgent basis.
Sms details for reference-rs.10000 is debited to a/c...5317 on[protected]:49:30 (Avlbl bal rs.9589.93) at atm tid-00dcb052cd, ref[protected].

I had called the customer care for the same.

Help me to get my money in my account
