Bank Of Baroda — Atm card not received and no response from debit card department

My self pankaj, I have applied for regeneration of ATM card on[protected] but till date I have not received ATM card, my branch has mail three times but there is no response from debit card department. My application request no. RIS[protected] Ahmedabad
