Bank Of Baroda — ATM cash not received

I use ur ATM machine I D.1FDBOM192. Seq. No.2523.for withdrawing rs.1ooo.but there is no cash transaction. Machine unable to make transaction and it give me receipt of transactions Declined.on my mobile there is message of 1000 rs.given towards ac. So please consider my application for the regarding
.I contacted ur customercare services but there is waiting time for so long. .thanks.
