Sir, I have an account in your bank in karawal nagar Delhi branch.The bank staff are continuously making me fool and harrasing me since 4 months. Every time they told me that the collecting time of the atm is 10am and when I reached the bank at 10am they said come after lunch.I can't get my atm from last 4 months and I get only the pin statement today and now They told me that your atm is lost or not found in the bank premises. Another statement given by their staff is that may be your atm is given to the delievery boy AMIT and he is on leave. Kindly take some strict action towards your useless staff.
