Bank Of Baroda — atm transaction failed but bank not refund full amount till now

Address:Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, 262001

On 11jan2018 transaction of rs 3000 was failed against which which i had made complaint but only 1000 rs recived but i m unable to get remaining 2000rs till now against which i had made many complaints but unable to get my rupees refund. Whenever i went to bank then they says that complaint is under process. 2 months passed away but they will not give any resolvement..
