Dear sir,

I repeatedly come with my complaint but your staff even not cooperate with us. The date of incident was 2 months ago. But your bank was just passing the time and even told me that i am helpless.
I had complaint on the customer care for the same immediately on 29 march, 2017. Complain no.[protected] dated 29/03/2017.
I want the video footage of cash received by my or not. I want to see the video of cash dispensing at the time of my transaction. The atm has 3 cameras. Please do the needful asap as i am facing problem
I had contact my branch repeatedly at nehru palace, jaipur for the same, it’s about 02 month had gone after this but still my grievance is not solved. I have send an email to the ecm, jaipur as well and several communication was made by madam but no solution was there for the same.

I had withdrawn an amount of Rs. 15, 000/- on 29 March, 2017 from your bank ATM no. 3BMNRJJP19 Mahesh Nagar, 80 Feet Road, Tonk Phatak, Jaipur
But the amount was not dispensed by the machine and no slip was printed for the same. The amount of same was debited (RS. 15, 000/-) from my account at the same time.
I had complaint on the CUSTOMER CARE for the same immediately on 29 March, 2017.

I was contact again on Customer Care for the same twice in the month of April, 2017 but my money was not refunded. The Customer Care Executive replied me that your complain will be solved in 72 Hours or you may contact to your Branch. That was done twice.
I want the video footage of cash received by my or not. I want to see the video of cash dispensing at the time of my transaction. the atm has 3 cameras. Please do the needful asap as I am facing problem
I had contact my branch repeatedly at Nehru Palace, Jaipur for the same, it’s about 02 Month had gone after this but still my grievance is not solved. I have send an Email to the ECM, Jaipur as well and several communication was made by madam but no solution was there for the same.

Date 25.05.17 ko morning 11:02 am per bank of baroda betul (m.P.) ke atm se rs. 10000/- nikalne ki procedure puri hone per machine se amount counting ke samay light chali jane per amount nahi nikla or a/c se rashi cut gai. Jab bank me bataya gaya to waha se kaha gaya ki 24 hr. Me rashi wapas a/c me aa jaigi per abhi tak rashi a/c me nahi aai.

      With due respect, on 23rd april, 2017, i had tried to made a payment to passport seva kendra chandigarh through my ru-pay card, after failing first instance, i tried it one more time.
      But both transaction got failed and amount 1512.75 rs got deducted twice (According to messages which i had received at that time) from my saving account.
      According to the guidelines of passport office, “in case the payment status is "failed" and the amount gets deducted, the deducted amount will be refunded by sbi to applicants bank within seven working days. Thereafter, the applicant need to follow up with their bank for amount to be credited into his/her account.”
      In my case payment was deducted from my account but did not transferred to sbi bank; it was still with the bob.
      On 25th april, 2017, i went to my bank bob and updated my passbook entries.
      According to passbook entries the amount 1512.75 rs deducted four times from my account. I told this matter to bank's responsible employee. He advised me to follow the passport office guidelines.
      On 2nd may 2017, i visited to my bank and asked about my matter. The manager and one another bank employee replied to me that the delay in refund of payment may be due to bank vacations, so wait for some more days.
      On 8th may, 2017, the bank take first step and registered four complaints the no.
      [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] regarding my matter through bank's portal and advised me to wait ten more days.
      On 18th may, 2017, the bank call at[protected] regarding my matter and advised me again, to wait next seven days, more.
      On 26th may, 2017, the bank again call at[protected] and explain my matter with detail of complaints and ask for status regarding my matter.
      The manager says "there are too many complaints regarding transaction failed and amount deduction. That is the reason behind delay to resolve my matter". He advised me again to wait next fourteen days and if the limit of 32 days (Total no. Of days after registering the complaints) crossed then bank will be pay the interest on my disputed money.

      The transaction (Disputed) was done by your bank, undoubtedly on my request. Again there is no doubt that the mistake was mechanical not by any human being, in fact it may be an issue of network or server problem. I fully agreed and understand with these facts.
      But the real issue is that bank taking too much time to resolve my problem, may be it is routine and it happens everyday with all the peoples having same or different problems.
      The duration of 15+32 days is too big to resolve a problem and that's too when you have everything in front of you just in few clicks of mouse or keyboard of your computer.
      Then why should employees of your bank (Bob is the one of the oldest banks and fourth largest bank in india when it comes to managing assets) taking too much time (15+32 days) to verify that the particular transaction was done or not, and details of involved account holders. Is this an era of 80's or 90's. I don't know why bank are so helpless to resolve these kind of problems, in this modern world of computer technology.
      The solution is completely in your hands then why you victimize and harass your customer, that is too when the satisfaction of your customer is your priority according to your banks guidelines.
      So it is my humble request please take necessary action to resolve my complaints and take further action to improve your services.

        Refund not reflect

        Respected sir, My online refund of RS 31, 715
        Is credited by Amazon on 16 May 2017 they give me reference number of transection provide by BOB it's all details as below

        Maximum timeline of reflect this amount is over but it's not credited in my account.

        I have used net banking..on Amazon...as i cancelled my order..my account is refund by Amazon but its not showing into my account. Amount is 630 RS refund reference no is[protected] amount was refunded by Amazon on 16 may..i have tried to call customer care many times but they say that because of technical issue we are enable to take your complain..but call after 2 hours...in this way...i talked with them for 1 hour...

          when i tried to withdraw then ATM machine is hange I am waiting 5 minutes but problem si same.
          I got a message from my bank . that I withdraw 10000 rs from my account please help me to get my money
          on 26/04/2017 around 7:35 AM from the ICICI bhoor colony sec.29 Faridabad. Than i complaint in
          online than service provider say your account money is redirect in yor account within 7 to 9 days.
          But after 9 days my account money is not redirect. than i go to in my city bank of baroda branch but problem is not solve.

          Kkindly request you to solve this problem and perfect inquiry about this mater with use atm cctv camara

          sir i have already given the complain to the Online and bank of Baroda but. not reveres the my money till now
          no any reply come not the money .

              Bank server does not work at times (a lot of times)

              Very often during night and early morning, your servers do not work.
              I cannot make UPI payments and even your crappy m-passbook app does not work when the server is down.

              Please note I am both a savings and current account holder and need to do urgent business transactions at times and am unable to do so.

              Failure to fix the issue on your end will result in you losing a customer.

              Your choice.br...

                I am bhupinder singh, my account is in opera house branch mumbai.
                My account number ending with 25036.

                On 3rd feb 2017 time 8.13 pm and 8.15 pm.
                Some one withdraw 8023 and 1523 from my account, without my card.

                I got transaction sms.
                Without card koi kaise mere account se money withdraw kar sakta hai.

                Hum banks pe trust rakh ke apna paise bank mein deposit karte hau but agar ye sab bank mein hoga to hum kya karenge.

                Its my humble request you to check the status and return my money immediately, this is not my fault, this fault is done by bank side.

                I already given complaint to the manager but he is not good person he actully dont know how to treat with customer.

                  Vishruti Panchamia from Kandivali.
                  I had to transfer my tuition fees via RTGS which was very urgent as it was my last day to pay the fees and as usual all the servers were down in Charkop branch. No body took an initiative to call an someone and look after the same. Very much disappointed as i might loose an opportunity of getting admission for further studies.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    Myself Nilam from Gujarat India. I have my bank account in Bank of Baroda in Sarsa branch, Before few days, I have applied for passports for my friend's relatives And at that time I have paid 1500 Rupees online through my Bank of baroda debit card. but that time some error occurred and my payment deducted Rs 1512.75 on 23/02/2017 at 17:21:08 time from my bank account., And again same thing happened to me on 24th feb 2017 at 15:30:44 when I have tried to make payment from the same card.

                    Both times my amount was deducted but I could not make payment. So I had paid their chalan in SBI bank because passport applicants were having urgency to apply passports and they were not wanted to wait until refund comes. Meanwhile I have made complain on BOB Helpline number and they gave me information that they have taken my complain and I have to wait for 46 - 50 days for refund.

                    MY COMPLAIN ID IS:[protected]MADE ON 23RD- 24th FEB)
                    AND[protected]MADE ON 29TH FEB BUT I THINK THEY HAVE REGISTERED THAT ON 1ST MARCH)

                    My 3 months of waiting passed but still I am waiting for refund in my account. As per my conversation with my bank manager I have mailed to the passport office helpline email id also but not received any output for that. So again I have talked with BOB Helpline officer and he told me to wait cause my complain is still in process. As per passport office’s website if payment is deducted and not paid than they refund that in 7 working days. But after spending lots of time in waiting I am not getting any output for my refund.

                      The amount of Rs. 410 of my cancelled ticket from Raipur(R) to Cheoki(COI), on 9th May, 2017 (Transaction ID- [protected]), PNR No. [protected] has not been refunded. However my IRCTC account is suggesting otherwise showing that the amount of Rs. 410 has been refunded on 12th May, 2017. When I contacted IRCTC customer care they also said the same thing that on 12th May, 2017 my amount has been refunded, it is the bank which has not sent the money in my account.
                      Kindly refund the Rs 410.

                          Its been observed that your branches are charging customers un necessary charges & on asking that showing policies.

                          Its totally unethical & waste of time & money.

                          Really tired of your banking services, its zero percent of inetrnational services which you are claiming.

                          Worst banking experience ever...

                          I came to close accout today on branch code 4929, first they askes to pay around 951 rs. For closing which i had deposited.After that asked me to pay aprox 2200/- to close & taken my card & passbook in custody.
                          Again when i asked for what & which charges required details they refused & very rudely told that i have no time & come back later.

                          This is not first experience, earlier i came before 2 month to close the account and avoid charges but they refused told ATM & Cheques required.

                          Understand if person located to 500kms away to close the account after tired in roaming in other branches.

                          Its enough i will not pay any extra charges as already paid 951/- & going to escalate further if not got solution & closed confirmation of Account.

                          Will never bank with you agian in future & also will circulate my horrible experience with my organization, friends & relatives...

                          Will also log complaint for compensation againt mental harassment.

                              I have not got a salary loan. I have taken 8 months ago a 1 lakh salary loan and again i want a salary loan for my daughter marriage of 2lakhs 50, 000 and manager has also said that he will give a loan. But when on next day i gone to take loan he rejected me and said that he will give a loan when i will give him 20, 000 rupees. My daughter marriage is on 21 may 2017 so it is very argent.

                                    My account is in bank of baroda, branch-barasat. Ifs code-barbobarasa. West bengal. A/c no. Is [protected]. I have used 2 (Two) times sbi - atm today at 8.38 pm &8.40 pm (2 times). But i am sorry to say that i have not got any rupees from that atm. Although the rupees (I. E. 1500*2=3000) have debited from my account. So, pls. Solv the problem immediately.
                                    Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    From past few months I am unable to logon to my BoB account using net banking as not receiving the OTP required for logon.

                                    Trying to call on their customer support with no response. Trying to connect with base branch in Pune with no positive response yet.

                                    Any help how to resolve this will be appreciated.
