      Hi, I am a HDFC customer. I have issue regarding " 'Bank Of Baroda' sector-29 Noida Ganga Shopping Complex". On 8th Jan 2016 I withdraw thirty thousand using 'Bank Of Baroda' ATM in three transaction each of ten thousand and found that I have got 3 notes each of 1000RS Jali/Nekli/duplicate near about 8:30 PM.When did tall to security man, he told now you will come on Monday and meet to bank .your problem will short out. But Today I went to bank regarding this issue a lot of conversion has been done between me and Bank staff.Bank staff and the Team members that are load money in ATM are not ready that some thing wrong happened or happening from our end. They told me that we have ATM facility that ATM automatically will detect duplicate notes and they will give a demo using Notes counting new machine that can deduct and as per my knowledge it is ok for new notes counting machine, but not for ATM.when is called to Bank of Baroda customer number '[protected]', customer care executive told that we don't have such type of ATM facility. Bank employee don't give full support and convince that they are taking my problem seriously. I gave my complaint to bank and getting one copy back.But they did't give belive that my problem will solve or I will get money back.       Hi,
      Someone call me from no-[protected] and he is taling that he is reginol Director of HDFC bank.
      He said to me that we will shot out your issue and asked me my HDFC debit card No and its validity date. and trying to asking other security numbers as OLT number was saying that will refund your amount.

      he also asked my ICICI Bank register no on behalf i shared net banking id and password that are generated on my registerd mob no..
      there are such persion that are misusing others situation..

      Now I have blocked net banking as well ATM card after this.

      As you know my issue already, but I have some questions or concerns from bank of Baroda.

      1- As per Master Circular of RBI- DCM (FNVD) G- 2 / 16.01.05 / 2014-15:
      Para 1 Authority to Impound Counterfeit Notes: The Counterfeit Notes Should had to be Impounded by Branch manager of 'Bank of Baroda' sector-29 Noida Ganga
      Shopping Complex, but this didn’t happen why? Still I had visited two times bank, but bank manager didn’t take counterfeit Notes from me. But Bank didn't do anything.

      2-As per Master Circular ‘Para 3 Impounding of counterfeit notes’:
      The notes identified as counterfeit should be kept separately with proper impounding Stamp, but didn’t happen Why? I have still with me.But Bank didn't do anything

      3-As per Master Circular ‘Para 5 Detection of Counterfeit Notes - Reporting to Police and other bodies’:
      For cases of detection of counterfeit notes upto 4 pieces, in a single transaction, a Consolidated Reports should had to be send to the Nodal Police Station, along with the suspect counterfeit Notes, but didn’t happen even though I written my complaint to police starion sector 20 Noida.All three notes are in four pieces.But Bank didn't do anything.

      4- As per Master Circular ‘Para 6 Examination of the Banknotes before Issuing over Counters, Feeding ATMs and Remitting to Issue Offices of the Reserve Bank’:
      There should be installed a device that dedicate counterfeit Notes, but there was not any such device installed in ATM and if suppose ATM has device then, when it installed, if installed than why it was not working and when it was working? It is violation of the Directive No. 3158/09.39.00 (Policy)/2009-10 dated November 19, 2009, But Bank didn't do anything.
      Need answer for it. what is happening ...

                        I credited Rs. 4000/- to BOB Ac no [protected] on 04/12/2015 from Mayo Collage Girls School BOB branch which were succesfully credited to the account number. I tried to withdraw the same ammount via BOB ATM card. I could not receive the money from the ATM as money didn't come out.But The Amount has been debited from the BOB ac number [protected]

                          I credited Rs. 2000/- to BOB Ac no [protected] on 03/12/2015 from Shivranjani BOB branch which were succesfully credited to the account number. I tried to withdraw the same ammount via BOB ATM card from SBI 11047 branch ATM.I could not receive the money from the ATM as money didn't come out.But The Amount has been debited from the BOB ac number.

                            I find that my savings bank account is showing a lien of Rs.1336/- for recovering the charges for not maintaining minimum balance. Please note that the balance maintained to keep minimum balance was eroded due to wrong debit of Rs.1050/- made on 30.04.2011 even when no loan instalment was due.The balance therefore became zero. More over the account is not being operated since January 2011 and as per RBI norms the charges for non- maintenance of minimum balance in the inoperative accounts is not be levied.                                 I would like to remain autonomous when filing this complaint, I have an account with Bank of Baroda; Santoshpur Branch, Kolkata -700075 West Bengal. When I went to deposit money in my account the lady cashier behaved very rudely without any particular rhyme or reason. She began to tell me in an angry tone how to keep my pay in slip though mine was in perfectly good condition. I would be very obliged if you could tell the staff to behave with the customer properly as it is very necessary. Thanking You, Autonomous

                                      Sir/madam, Greetings. I am a saving bank account holder of BOB. My account is with University campus Branch, Fathegunj, Vadodara-390001 bearing account no. [protected]. Right now I am in Pune, Mahrashtar, on vacation and staying in Viman nagar area, where a branch of BOB is located. I an having debit card, using for withdrawal of cash. The ATM of Vimannagar Branch was under repair since last Two weeks, and the access in not available. so, I withdrew the amount as under from using ATM of another branch as under:- ( as there was no alternate ). BANK OF INDIA RS.5000 HSFC RS.6500 CO OP. BANK RS.10, 000 For these transaction the bank had deducted/recovered/ levied the charges @ rs.22.60 or so, every time, for no fault of customer and non availabilities of services of BOB ATM at Vimannagar Branch. hence the total amount of Rs. 67.80 ps., or so, recovered as bank charges shall be credited to my bank account as given above under the intimation. you may verify the details I have mentioned with your BOB Viman -nagar Branch, Pune.                                         I have deposite the 2(TWO)cheque on 28.dec 2015 in morning near by 10:22am.n it should be clear by 29.dec 2015 inbetween time till 16:00-20:00. I have issued check to other partis on 29.dec 2015. so the complain is this that my check is still in unclear n which cheque i issued is hitting on my account.n which cheque is given is returning by bank.n i have talk to br.manager n he given me sr. number but they also saying talk to clearing department.(agar sab ek dusre ka nam lenge toh work kaise hoga n how my problem will solve.)ye cheque return charges by bank is 300+ tax n whcih cheque i issued it take 300 so nr by 700 rs per check i have to pay. this is bank fault so please do the needfull help. and this problem came 2nd time to me. the br.manager given me a telephone number to talk to them and i talk to the number:-[protected].they told its clearing problem. n write a letter to manager n they give me a 700 rs per cheque in such a situation but this is 2nd time the cheque is returning.the bank pay me my all retuening charge but the image which i ahve created to other partise what happen to that.. to i m saing that if my cheque is not cleare the how the hitting cheque is coming to bank its also get let naaaaaa.please do he needful halp.
