I have ordered an item from amazon and returned it. But the refund has not been received by me till now. Although amazon claims ro have refunded the amount on april 20. The reference number is 74332749054905302918694.
Can u help me out?
Its been almost 3 weeks since i am waiting for my refund.
It is a group project works money. Its not my money...

    Its a matter of 2nd january 2019, when i had made an online payment, at that moment the money rs. 1384 got decucted from my account but not credited to receiver's account as statement given by them.. They told me to go to my bank that is bank of baroda, and register a complain, and after that i will get my money back.. So i did so.. I went to bank, there i was told to call on toll free number of customer care service of bank of baroda.. They assure me that i will surely get my money back after verification and after asking some relevant question.. So i did the same and i was asked some questions regarding my acoount information.. And their again i was told to register my compain on bank of baroda id, so am doing this.. Even i am attaching a screenshot of the transaction made by me on (2nd jan, 2019) as proof..
    I hope, my problem will be solved out soon.. Because as a customer, rs 1384 is a big amount for me, so, i cant let my money waste for no reason.

    So, i am attaching the screenshot of the transaction as proof..

      Whenever i am transferring amount from my account to other bank account, they deducting amount as GST. May i know why deduction of amount, its my money i am tranferring to other.
      Please try to solve it otherwise i need to close account, i opened bcoz of BOB has good online services thats why, but unnecessary deduction may lead to account closing. Hope i will get resolve my issues.

        I have purchased a ear phone from amazon 14 march 19 0f 499/- inr and i got a defective piece so i return it back and they refund my money as they gave me a proof that i m attaching with this complaint and i did not get from my bank and i go to my bank they told me that you should talk on customer care number and i have talked on they said to me that go to your branch i m not geeting any resolution from amazon/bank so please look into this matter.

            Dear sir / madam,

            I am manager finance air india and your customer at kalina branch.

            Sir me and my wife are both severely disabled couples.

            First point

            My bob net banking is giving lots of issues -

            It had got locked and i got it unlocked from the branch doing all those necessary formality.

            I changed the pswd as suggested by the system while login.

            Each time it says "pswd successfully changed" but while i login in using new password, it throws out an error.

            This happened 2 or three times.

            Second point

            I wanted to create an fd of rs. 500000/- and 1st floor staff were very non co-operative. We take around 20 minutes to climb the floor.
            The gentleman across the table sent me to ground floor again to collect the form. I did so.. And came up again.

            The branch manager was very good and filled my fd form, as i have writing difficulty.

            The staff / officers should be instructed to be more human please...

                Sir,
                I am a customer of bob since 2008, first time i face a issue with this bank, from past few months in my account rs.177 is shown and i cant able to use. When i speak to the customer care they did not satisfy me with their answer even they also don't know why this is blocked or lien in my account, from more than a 1/3 year they blocked this amount without any reason.
                I request you to remove this lien amount and credit back to my account so that i can use my own balance.
                Bank is not allowed to block the amount like this without reason from more than half year.
                And when i compliance it in branch they deduct 177 and don't said any reason plzz return my amount.

                      I had applied for a new debit card around 3-4 months ago. I haven't received my debit card as of now.                           It's been 3 weeks i have been coming to bank and going with out my work done i was trying for a gold loan each time i come they send me with empty hands not even opened my savings account reason they told was lack of staff i don't understand and i am fed up with such reasons
                          They did not even open my savings account which is basic for any loan in a period of thirty days that's the situation here if we raise our voice they will completely close all other services also

                                  I am a customer of bob since 2015, my account is showing the lien balance now i am willing to transfer my account due to the job at a new place i. E from varanasi to baramati. Just because of the lien amount it is not allowing me to transfer the account.
                                  I request you to remove this lien amount and credit back to my account so that i can transfer the account

                                      I have not received my refund from amazon and swiggy. I have addressed this issue a lot of times now. I contacted bank of baroda and they told me that the amount has been refunded but i have not received any notification (Message or mail) nor has any amount been credited into my account. I have attached the screenshot of the refund reference number that i received from amazon.

                                      I have also attached the screenshot of the mail I received from swiggy that says the amount will be refunded within 2-4 days(this was on 15 April)

                                        I purchased two bags from amazon on 22nd april and 23rd april. Amount was debited for both the items. I cancelled one of them. And returned another. Today 3rd may ive received no refund yet.
                                        Contacted amazon several times but they said refund is already initiated it should have been in account by now contact your bank. I called bob cust care but query is still unresolved.
