Bank Of Baroda — Bad service
My name is rajankumar
And I'm complaining about irregularities about Bob
Our respective pm talking about cashless
And what's wrong with you guys my ATM card and net banking and my registered phone no.is blocked since 15 days and I never told my bank to decline my ATM card
How would it possible
They decline my ATM without asking me and I didn't received any single msg about it
And the biggest problem is that I called my branch but they didn't gave me any satisfaction answer
And told me to call their complaint no..
I had try this many times but no one received my call what happen with customer care no.
I tried continuous 2 hours but no one received my call
Excuse me guys
My time is important how many times I call you
I'm completely tired about your process and the way you treat your customers
And I saw satisfaction review rate is 3%
I mean really its our one of the most famous bank of our country and still the service is very low.
Do something ..
