Dear sir,
I am ujjwal gorai. I have the mention account with your branch, i face a problem on 27th april 2019 at 9.30pm. While doing the transaction online through phone pay, transaction id no is p1904272130095570815199. The amount had been deducted from my account but the receiver did not receive the amount. Till how the deducted money also does not refund my account. So i kindly request you please take a look this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.
