Bank Of Baroda — Bank of Baroda not closing credit card | |||
Hi, I have raised request for closure of my BOB credit card on 8th July'2021 and paid all my previous due with Rs. 1, 000 penalty. I had called to BOB customer care executive as well as sent email to [protected]@bobfinancial.com. Today again I got email for BOB statement with Rs. 707 to be paid. From the time I got this credit card two years back I have not used this but I had paid around Rs. 2200 till now. I am not going to pay any penny for pending bill of Rs. 700 as I have not used and I have already requested for closure of credit card by July. I have to take strict action against Bank of Baroda for not following the bank norms. Was this information helpful? | |||
