Bank Of Baroda — Charging Excess amount of interest on Agricultural Indirect Loan (Priority sector)

I have taken loan from Bank of Baroda Branch Rewa Under Agricultural Indirect Loan for construction of warehouses And the rate of interest currently stated in BOB guide line is Base rate + 0.50% but the bank is charging BR+ 5% which is against the banking Law & the bank has send me a notice to Sarfaesi, is charging Interest on subsidy Amount.
