Bank Of Baroda — Cheque not deposited

Hello, I am one of your customer having the main account on sharkarpur branch Delhi.One week ago i deposited one account payee cheque from my employer but still money wasn't deposited. It's ok that money wasn't deposited because of some reasons but i was not notified for this until i visited the bank myself and checked or asked for it.When i visited, your banker gave me the reason there and returned my cheque as it is. My main complain is for the service provided by you in account of non acceptance of cheque and no notification or communication regarding this to us. We have shared our address, contact no, email address at least you could have notified using any of above mentioned details. This time i am very disappointed with the service rendered by you.
