Bank Of Baroda — complain (withdraw money without permission from account)

Dear sir/madam,

I am holding a … account (Saving) in your bank for the past … 3 years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of …. 118000 has been debited from my account on … (25/10/2017) not executed by me. Its so self withdrwal by me but i'm hear in delhi this time..

My account details are:

Type of account: saving
I am enclosing a copy of my account’s balance status which reflects the transaction number and other details of the fraudulent transaction.

Sir, there was no response to my complain yet please solve my problem.
I was also gave a complain to 3 day ago..

I request you to take up this matter urgently to help me recover my money
