Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent blocking of my account, number [protected], with Bank of Baroda. I was shocked to discover that my account had been blocked without any prior notice or explanation, leaving me unable to access the funds that I have in the account.
I have been trying to reach out to the bank via email to inquire about the matter, but I have not received any response from the bank. Moreover, I am currently overseas and unable to visit the bank in person to resolve the issue.
I sent my daughter to the bank to inquire about the matter, but she was informed that I will receive a notice via mail. However, I have not received any such notice, which is very concerning.
Furthermore, I have issued some cheques to the bank for EMI and my daughter's school fees, which will now be bounced due to the account blockage, causing me further inconvenience.
I request you to please investigate the matter and provide me with a satisfactory explanation as to why my account has been blocked. Additionally, I urge you to unblock my account at the earliest so that I can access my funds and avoid further financial losses.
I hope for a prompt response from the bank.
