I had registered a complaint with bank of Baroda on 01/12/2021. The complaint was regarding a transaction issue. I had used my atm card in a mall but the money was debited from my account but was not credited to the retailer. I had raised the complain with the bank and they also accepted my concern n told me that my complaint id will be resolved latest by 25/01/22.
the transaction dispute amounts to 3303/ but on repeated calling the customer care of BOB .. my concern is not resolved.
