Bank Of Baroda — credit card payment{card no [protected]}

I have made payment in credit of my above card through bank of baroda internet banking system.
Although the payment is debited from my account but it is understood that it is not credited to the credit card account.
Due to non payment you are charging late payment charges, service charges and gst.
For instance on 11/10/18 i made rs 25000/- pmt through bank of baroda internet banking system. But it is not realized by the credit card account.
Kindly help correct this issue and refund the penalty for non payment 0f credit card dues.
