Worst customer service ever! Customer care executives are so arrogant! spoke to one female executive she did not even help. instead of helping she was showing me attitude! i asked her if i could speak to her senior she arrogantly refused and the other time she said wait ill call my senior. she kept me on hold for 15mins twice as she thought i would keep the phone and thats what happened . Being a working professional i cant be on calls. Train your staff first of all! Action should be taken !
