I opened my bank account yesterday and got a virtual card, only visa classic option was available even though I was supposed have a visa platinum card.
Second issue is when tap on the virtual card to see the cvv number, I get an error message saying "CAF is not generated for card".
When I click other options like setting limit or turn on/off I again get a message saying "unable to process the request"
When I click the option for debit card request I again get a message saying "no eligible account or card found for issuance through mobile banking"
No debit card options are working. This account is basically non functional.
I talk to your customer care multiple times and this what they said.
First staff - Virtual debit card don't have cvv. Virtual debit card is just for show, not to use.
Second staff - Go to a branch.
Third staff - Don't know what to do.
Please don't tell me to call customer care again.
