Bank Of Baroda — Deducted money of Rs. 1000 as vetting charges for my car loan without any prior information

I am regularly paying car loan for the past 18 months.
Now the bank of baroda deducted rs. 1000/- as vetting charges without any prior information or giving any clarification .
It’s tantamount to cheating the customer and betrayal of innocent customer.
Hope they address my concern and refund says amount to my bank account at the earliest. .
