Bank Of Baroda — Deduction of money from my bank account

Address:North Lakhimpur, Assam

During card payment, my transaction was failed but the amount of Rs 1500 deducted from my account on 30.12.2021 and is not reverse back to my account till date. So kindly look into the matter and take necessary action
