Bank Of Baroda — Denial of floating rate privilege | |||||
Respected sir, I'm a customer of Bank of Baroda (S.B A/C no.: [protected]) for several years. I have lend a Housing loan and then a renovation loan from it on 16/06/2008 from the Pathanamthitta branch of Bank of Baroda. Details of loan are : 1) loan no.: [protected] (at 9.6% rate) 2)loan no.: [protected] (at 11.1% rate) I have lend it on floating rate. But I am not getting that privilege (of floating rate) even though the interest rates declined . I had complained about this in the Pathanamthitta branch but the officers (including manager) are taking this matter in an easy manner and haven't made it available to me till now. Today I have contacted the Pathanamthitta branch and they have responded that a circular have been issued from the head office not to provide me this privilege of floating rate. The Branch Manager is behaving in a rude manner while I am contacting her. Due to this, I haven't paid the last installment of this loan and also I'm not keeping balance in my account. The earlier managers were friendly to the customers. I ain't getting an idea what sort of harm I did to them. I have sent mails complaining this matter to the zonal, regional & head offices.
