Dear Sir, With reference to the above subjected email I have still not received the refund of Rs.14, 000/- which was debited from my account during an online payment which got cancelled later due to system error. I have already registered a complaint for this wide complaint ref no.[protected]. Tomorrow dtd 22.11.2016 an amount of Rs.14, 000/- is going to be deduct from my account through cheque payment... Please refund the money at earliest my cheque will get bounce due to insufficient fund.. I request you to look in this matter urgently. Because it difficult to arrange amount of 14, 000/- in one day.
