Sir,
I have a saving account no [protected] in the name o[censored]rmila Devi in your bank at Maujpur, Delhi 110053. I have already registered a complaint [protected] on dated 06/10/2015 regarding the issue on your toll free no [protected] but I havn't received any reply so far. When I contacted to the concern branch they replied that the issue is under process.
On Monday 5th 2015 I withdraw Rs 15000/- from the ATM at Kashmiri gate, but I didnot get money from the ATM. at the same time I received a message from bank regarding debit of Rs 15000/-.Even after so many complaints to concern branch nothing has been done so far.
In this connection it is requested to you to do the needful & credit the same to my stated account.

Dear concern,
It is passed more than a month but nothing has been done so far. I would like to draw your kind attention that there is no positive response from bank officials, actually they are not ready to listen anything about the stated complaint. Today when we approached to the bank Mr Arora who was working in absence of Ms Divya the dealing person replied that " CASH HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY YOU, WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING. GO TO POLICE STATION FOR FIR". and do not come with this complaint.The negative attitude of bank is really shocking, It shows how they treat their customer. They must have CCTV footage with them, but in spite of checking all the errors through CCTV they wants to close the complaint. It is our hard earned money.
You are requested to forward my complaint to higher office.
