I have a/c in bob in yelanka branch. In bob debit card i have recharged 100 Rs for BRMRCL metro card but it deducted excess amount in debit card. who is responsible for excess deduction in debit card? whom should i concern? i give complaint BMRCL of deduction of excess of amount in debit card of Bob. we deduct a amount of 100 Rs and more than that Plz check with bank of deduction.
