Bank Of Baroda — False overdue amount

AcNo : [protected]. First they levied rs8265 overdue charges for not paying my first installment. Money is being debited through ecs. Its bank employee fault that they never informed me about these charges, until after one year i checked my cibil score and got this info from there. I paid that amount inmediately. Next month there were overdue charges again. I paid extra to make sure that this never happens again. Now i am checking that still i have overdue in my loan amount. Branch numbers donot work or they dont bother to pick up calls. No transperency with my loan amount and interest. Nobody is helping me here. I am worried that my cibil score has been affected badly as i was unaware that there was overdue even when money ois being debited through ecs. No calls or communication from bank.
