Bank Of Baroda — Flipkart refund an amount of 1299 but I haven't got it

I ordered a device from Flipkart the transaction for the particular good was made through CASH ON DELIVERY mode. But at the time of refund, I have given my bank details. The amount had been initiated from Flipkart's end, given the reference ID as[protected]. As per Flipkart the amount of 1299/- has been refunded on 02 June 2022. The amount is still not credited to my account.
I have already filed a grievance at bob but they stated they don't have any information regarding the reference id provided by Flipkart
Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
