Dear Sir,
I have a bank account no. [[protected]] with Bank of Baroda, Kestopur Branch (Kolkata). From 24th April My account transactions have been frozen without any intimation or any kind of letter or call. Suddenly they have stopped all my transactions, due to this I am having a lot of trouble. I have immediately contacted the Branch, they have informed me that my account has been rejected. I have been an account holder for 3 years in this branch. And this account has been my primary account for the last 2 years. Therefore, hundreds of transactions have been done from this account. So how can a working account be frozen ?
This kind of treatment I never expected from Bank of Baroda. This is an example of very poor services. Please unfreeze my account ASAP.
