[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — Freezing Account

Dear Sir, I am having a bank account no. [protected] with Bank of Baroda, Anand Branch. Before two day My account transactions have been freeze without any intimation or any kind of letter or call. Suddenly they have stopped my all transactions, due to this I have to pay penalty for Education fee for my child. I have immediately contact the Branch Manager, he has informed that you have to submit the KYC. You have not submitted KYC so we have stop your transactions. I am a account holder of 22 years and I am having a locker also in this branch. Before three months I have all reaady submitted my KYC Forms for their requirement. I have joint account, so submitted both form s of KYC with ID and residential proof. This kind of treatment I never expected from Bank of Baroda. This is the example of very poor services. I am having 4 FD accounts in Bank of Baroda, Lake Market Kolkata Branch. Without any intimation, the two FD accounts have been assigned as 'Debit Frozen'. I visited the branch and I was told that this was because of not providing KYC details. When I mentioned that I have never received any notice from the bank, I was informed that the Bank issues notice periodically. I submitted all the KYC documents and provided the original documents for verification. I was assured that the 'Debit frozen' status would be rectified soon. Now, after about a week time, I have recieved an e-mail from the bank saying that as KYC documents have not been provided, the third FD account will be also frozen. Instead of rectifying the already frozen accounts, the bank has now sent a notice to freeze the third account, despite the submission of documents and the assurance that the situation will be rectified.

@bank of baroda I've been using bank of baroda from approx 6yrs now all of a sudden you decide to debit freeze my account [protected], please unfreeze it asap i have my fu ds stuck in the account.
