Bank Of Baroda — Haven't got refund of a failed transaction from last 6 days

I transferred money from my account to a friend via upi on 2 july but it didn't get transferred to his account but got debited from my account, it's been 6 days now and git no solid lead or refund, even customer care is saying call after 7 days (called them today), and I need my money urgently transfer was of 20, 000RS
