Bank Of Baroda — home loan sanctioned but not disbursed

Hi, My self Apurva vyas ([protected]) applied for Home loan balance transfer & top up where loan was been sanctioned in November month but yet not been disbursed due to some re valuation issue & total amount sanctioned is been deducted to 50% where my processing fesses is also been deducted.
Kindly clear the issue or need immediate refund of my processing fees.
