Bank Of Baroda — I am complaining about bank not accepted my account pay check

Khali char rasta Ta siddhpur Dist Patan bank of Baroda branch not accept a check of mine My home account is Kheralu Dist Mehsana, I go for account pay check of bank of Baroda to bank of Baroda but that manager return me the check this is not fair I wish to complain against that manager and I wish to punishment him properly to the bank rule and he miss behave with me I have copy of video and photo about that
