Bank Of Baroda — I am complaining about the behaviour of the staff

I received birthday wish message from bank so I went to bank to enquire whether my account is activated, i applied for account opening 2 years back and submitted all the papers and 1000rs which are required for account opening, after submitting the forms I didnt recive anything from bank as if any account opening confirmation email or letter so I thought that there might be some problem in paper work or anything that is the reason they would have not opened the account, but when yesterday I recived messaged I came to know that bank sends me message that means I have account, then I called customer care and enquired the guy told me to go to bank they will provide me account no and on the basis of that I will recive rest of kit such as cheque book or debit card, so today when I went to bank to enquire the staff was so misbehaving telling that you have come after 2 yrs to bank you should not directly come to bank, you should bring something, from where I can bring anything when I have not received anything from the bank, its there fault that they have not intimated me about the account opening and on top of that they are blaming me
