Bank Of Baroda — I transaction money I atm machine but not received money on my hand but money withdrawal my account

And my account [protected]
Branch sundarpur ludhiana
My mount 10000 debit this account
I use my atm in atm machine for money transaction rs 12000 but not received money on my hand but message coming on my mobile you have transaction rs 10000
So that i not understand this process
Please help me sir
