Bank Of Baroda — I want to file charge dispute

Refund has been initiated by amazon on 19th and 21st of october and they have the refund successfuly processed reference numbers that is [protected] rs.1499 [protected] [protected] rs.1249 [protected] rs.849. I have talked to bank people multiple times and even visited my jayanagar branch no body is ready to help me. At any cost i want my refund to be refelecting in my account. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action. Was this information helpful? I credited 3500 rupees in ATM machine but my amount is not credited in my account.So please take necessary step otherwise I will complain in the RBI...the bank is not cooperating with me..I m helpless..embarrassing..so please sir help me...
