Bank Of Baroda — imps complaint with rrn no.[protected]

This is ashvani pandey, i did a transaction of 15000 on 30-06-19 at 6.11 pm using bank of broda mobile banking, but i did a mistake i entered the wrong ifsc code while account no. Correct. Now the is money is debited from my account and not credited to beneficiary account. Its been almost 2 days, i called customer care but i no help. Now they are saying you have to your home branch and then file a complain but this time its not possible for me to go to home branch.

This is Chandan Nasare ( BOB a/c no [protected]), i did a transaction of Rs.20000 on 02-04-22 with Transaction ID [protected] using bank of Baroda Net banking, but i did a mistake & selected the wrong beneficiary while selecting account no. Now the is money is debited from my account an credited to wrong beneficiary account.
Now i am trying to lodge online complaint, but customer care demanding RRN no without that i can not lodge my complaint. but bank recepits are providing only transaction ID/ Reference no, which was not accepted by Customer care & demanding RRN no. only which was not provided by bank to me/getting me.
Please help me to revert my money
