Bank Of Baroda — Imps transaction failed amount deducted but not refund

Dear sir/mam

I am veer singh customer of bank of baroda, nawada branch with account no-[protected]. On 26 nov 2016 transfer rs. 2500 in 3rd party account but transaction fail but amount is deduct from my account transaction id is[protected] and trsaction date and time 26/11/2016 at 02:51 and same again i try to transfer fund by imps again transaction fail and amount deducted transaction no[protected] date 26/11/2016 2:50.

I am file a complaint by 2 december 2016 but still no resposne and solution of my problem after the three reminder.
