[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — imps transaction is timed out

Address:Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal, 733158

I want to know about my last IMPS transaction of Rs.500 which was timed out on 03/08/18 at about 7:30 p.m. through M-connect +. The amount is didacted from my account but my beneficiary didn't receive the money. 72 hours already gone but the amount didn't get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded to my account. I want to know who is responsible for it?
